Due to market and vendor fluctuations, new pricing may appear when order is processed and completed.
After placing your order online, you will receive a copy of your order by email from our shopping cart service. A separate email is sent confirming the order has been processed in our system and include the customer and quote number. Your order will not be processed until we verify credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships unless you have ordered a special order item. Any problems with the credit card will be addressed within the same 24 – 48 hour period and we will contact you by email and by phone to rectify the situation. FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS must ship to the address where they receive their credit card statement and must sign for the delivery.
MAN-A-FRE is not responsible for any typographical errors or incorrect items selected in the online ordering system.
We do not accept International charge cards. We do accept payment by PAYPAL or wire transfer. MAN-A-FRE will email totals and banking information (for wire transfers) once shipping costs are calculated. We do not accept VISA, MASTERCARD or other charge cards. No exceptions.
All clearance sale items are sold as-is, with no returns or exchanges. All parts are brand new unless noted otherwise. We have very limited quantities, in the event if something goes out of stock, you will be notified.
Shipping/handling charges are not included in the cost of parts and will be added when order is shipped. If you require a shipping quote prior to placing the order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org All truck freight orders require freight approval. MAN-A-FRE will contact you with freight costs before shipping. Please be aware that truck freight orders require signature upon delivery. We will be emailing you tracking information and pictures of the shipment so you will know what to expect with your shipment before you sign for it. Please take the time to make sure there is no damage to your shipment before you sign for it.
At MAN-A-FRE, all business is done F.O.B. our warehouse, which means the customer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. Shipping is a service we provide for your convenience, not a part of our business. We give the customer several options for carriers, with the exception of large orders which must ship “truck freight”. It is the customer’s responsibility to research freight times and costs for the method they choose. MAN-A-FRE will not change the customer’s chosen shipping method unless the change is mandatory. Please note: UPS and Federal Express will not deliver to a United States Postal Service P.O. Box.
Merchandise damaged during shipment is the sole responsibility of the carrier, not MAN-A-FRE. If there is obvious damage to a shipment, please note the issue with the delivery driver immediately. If not at home to receive package and damage has occurred, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
Merchandise lost during shipment is the sole responsibility of the carrier; however, MAN-A-FRE will file a claim on behalf of our customer and provide replacement parts at no charge.
All sales are final. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. All returns subject to 20% restocking charge. Special ordered, electrical, used or installed parts, books or manuals, and clearance items are NON-RETURNABLE. All returns must be authorized by MAN-A-FRE prior to return and you must contact MAN-A-FRE for a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers will only be honored for 30 days from issue date. All returns must be shipped prepaid (No C.O.D.’s) in original packaging and must be carefully boxed to ensure items are not damaged in shipment. We suggest you insure the return for the value of the parts in case of loss or damage by the carrier. All cores returned for credit must be in rebuildable condition and must be shipped at customer’s expense along with the core paperwork enclosed with the shipment. If you need a copy of the form, click this link, http://www.man-a-fre.com/manafre-corereturnform.pdf. All cores must be in original packaging. Please write “Core” on the outside of the package. Please note: We ask for your patience on core credits as most cores must be sent out for inspection or rebuild before credit can be issued. We recommend that you insure the shipment for the value of the core in case of loss or damage from the carrier.
Products manufactured by MAN-A-FRE are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase or 12,000 miles, whichever shall occur first. Defective parts must be returned to our facilities at customer’s expense for repair or replacement and a return material authorization number must be obtained prior to returning the item (See Returns above). There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation, failure to follow installation procedures, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, or abuse in any way.
MAN-A-FRE will, at its discretion, repair or replace all covered parts during the term of this warranty, but does not accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use. MAN-A-FRE is not responsible for consequential damages, labor costs, or freight required to return defective parts to our facilities. Our liability from all causes is limited to the goods sold.
No warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, affirmation of fact or other warranty, expressed or implied other than as aforesaid, are granted by the seller to the purchaser.
Exceptions to this warranty are as follows. No warranty on used parts. Used parts are sold as-is and carry no warranty.
Surface finish – There is no warranty on surface finishing, ie; powder coating, zinc plating, anodizing, ceramic coating, polishing, or painting.
Warranty for products supplied by MAN-A-FRE but manufactured by other vendors are covered by the manufacturers warranty, not by MAN-A-FRE.
Man-A-Fre stands behind the products we sell and manufacture. However we can not be responsible nor do we accept liability for breakage or failure of parts as a result of rugged off-road use or reckless highway driving. Modification to your vehicle are done at your own risk and Man-A-Fre does not accept liability or responsibility arising from damage caused by installing parts or doing modifications. You should be aware that certain modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Information supplied on this web site and in person should be verified by the user and Man-A-Fre does not accept any responsibility for erroneous information. Man-A-Fre will under no circumstances be liable for any damages to the users of this site and/or their equipment as a result of using information obtained from this web site. Modification of your vehicle parts sold by Man-A-Fre may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury, and the buyer hereby expressly assumes all risks associated with any such modifications. All parts sold by Man-A-Fre are for off road use only and are not legal for use on highway unless otherwise noted. Products offered by Man-A-Fre may be illegal in your state due to emission laws. It is the customers responsibility to check local and state emission laws before ordering parts from Man-A-Fre.
