Man-A-Fre Shackle Reversal Kit for 1958-1980 4x-Series Toyota Land Cruisers

One of the most common suspension upgrades on Land Cruisers with leaf spring suspension is a Shackle Reversal. Shackle Reversals are a common upgrade because it helps achieve a smoother and more controlled ride. It achieves this by moving the Front Leaf Spring Shackles to the rear side of the axle and having a fixed mount on the front side. This allows the suspension to absorb the impact instead of the vehicle fighting the terrain.

Our kit is designed for off-roaders in mind, so it features one of the most durable designs and has one of the best approach angles on the market. Our kit is designed for the front leaf springs to be flipped to help achieve the proper spring deflection. This kit is designed to raise the front of your Land Cruiser about 1-1/2”.

Kit Includes: (4) Spring/Shackle Hangers, (2) Bump Stop Spacers, (2) Center Bolt Hardware Kits, (2) 6 Degree Caster Shims, (4) Suspension Bushings, Grade 8 Mounting Hardware, and Instructions for install.

NOTE: For more information on why or when we would do a Shackle Reversal Kit, please call us. Can work with 1980-1984 4x-Series Toyota Land Cruisers but requires some modification to the kit.
