Overview of Website Order Terms and Conditions

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE:

Due to market and vendor fluctuations, new pricing may appear when order is processed and completed.

ONLINE ORDERS:

After placing your order online, you will receive a copy of your order by email from our shopping cart service. A separate email is sent confirming the order has been processed in our system and include the customer and quote number. Your order will not be processed until we verify credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships unless you have ordered a special order item. Any problems with the credit card will be addressed within the same 24 – 48 hour period and we will contact you by email and by phone to rectify the situation. FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS must ship to the address where they receive their credit card statement and must sign for the delivery. BTB Products is not responsible for any typographical errors or incorrect items selected in the online ordering system.

OTHER COUNTRIES:

We do not accept International charge cards. We do accept payment by PAYPAL or wire transfer. BTB Products will email totals and banking information (for wire transfers) once shipping costs are calculated. We do not accept VISA, MASTERCARD or other charge cards. No exceptions.

CLEARANCE ITEMS:

All clearance sale items are sold as-is, with no returns or exchanges. All parts are brand new unless noted otherwise. We have very limited quantities, in the event if something goes out of stock, you will be notified.

Overview of our Return and Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT YOUR ORDER!

All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all sales are final after 30 days from your order date. We DO NOT accept returns on items that have already been installed on the vehicle. If unsure if the part or product is correct for your application, please call or email us!

Receiving your order:

Upon receiving your order from us, we ask you to please open and thoroughly inspect your order. Verify that all the parts are received in undamaged condition. Make sure to avoid throwing away any packing material unless verified there are no parts in it, as we do occasionally wrap smaller components with paper or foam. If missing parts or components in your order, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order. Damaged Parts and Damaged Packaging:

If you received a damaged item or damaged packaging allowing part(s) to have fallen out during transit you must contact our Customer Service Department at (725) 500-5986 or email Sales@MANAFRELV.com within 48 hours. A claim will need to be filed with UPS or USPS. This could take up to 10 working days. Please save all damaged containers, UPS may request that the items or container be shipped back to our location for inspection. A UPS / USPS representative will contact you about damage or missing goods. Claims will be handled through our office and a replacement item will be sent to you via UPS – Ground as soon as the claim settles. Again this can take up to 10 working days.

Exchanging Parts:

If upon receival of the products you realize that they are for the wrong application, please contact our parts crew at (725)500-5986 or email Sales@MANAFRELV.com. Our parts crew will help to coordinate exchanging the parts and products you need. To process exchanges, we have to confirm the parts you send back are still in good condition and have not been used or installed. We do not accept exchanges for parts that have already been installed and/or used.

Re-Stocking Fee:

Any parts our customers wish to return for any reason other than damaged or defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must first contact our Customer Service Department at (725)500-5986 and obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must appear on the exterior of packaging you will be returning the product in. All products must be shipped back prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. returns. Return Authorization Numbers are good for only 15 days after issued.

Special Order, Electrical, or Custom Ordered Products:
